It's an epidemic!
Since finding out in June that I was pregnant I now know of 9 other pregnant ladies that I am friendly with.
I was upset at first because I thought my son would have no one to be friends with, now it seems like he will have more than enough buddies!

Not only are people coming out of the woodwork to have babies...but almost everyone around me who is preggo is having a girl .

I second this! 2013-2014 is a big year for girls! It was almost all boys when I had DS and it's interesting to see how it's switched around

I feel that way too! My best friend (who is also pregnant right now) and I were just talking the other day about how it seems like we're in a sudden huge baby boom! It seems like people we know are popping up preggo left and right!!

There are 5 other women in my close circle that are pregnant...it's crazy!!
Only two know the sex so far...one and one
eta: Not to mention at least 10 other woman I know pretty well...preggos everywhere!

It's an epidemic!
I'm so grateful that I met a group of women who I've gotten extremely close with over the past year, most who have babies, so my little girl has playmates! Otherwise, most of my friends are still single and/or are not even close to having kids.

This is so funny bc when I had my DD, everyone was having boys...now I'm due w/ in March & everyone is having girls.

That's awesome to go through pregnancy with friends. And don't worry about friends for you or him. I've made a ton of new mommy friends since dd was born. Close friends to me and dd will grow up with these friends too.

It's an epidemic!
My best friend and I are preg at the same time and it has been awesome! This is her second and my first so I am always texting/calling/emailing with all kinds of questions. She is now a SAHM so she has plenty of time to answer me haha. She is about 3 weeks ahead of me so its such an exciting time and I am so excited to share it with her. We cant wait for our little ones to be buddies.

I have been begging my best friend to get pregnant for the past 7 months. She finally went off birth control two months ago, I was so excited I'm tracking her periods and ovulation for her LOL

I have 3 friends all due within a month and half of each other and a ton more people I know that are pregnant and due spring/summer. I have been saying we are the baby boomers of our generation.
