Dip in supply, cramps, but no AF?
For the past 2-3 weeks my supply has been decreasing (the pumping I do at night/morning and two days at work), and for the past 10 days I've had AF cramps..
All signs point to my first PP AF but it's not here.. how long should the dipping and cramping happen before she gets here?
I'm 27 weeks PP if that matters at all...

maybe the cramping is ovulation - could get your first pp period in the next few days/week

Dip in supply, cramps, but no AF?
I had cramping on and off for a few months before AF showed. I didn't pump at all at that point so the only time I noticed a dip in supply was right before AF showed. DD was also nursing very little at that point so my supply really tanked between the decreased demand and AF showing.

Hmm good to know, I've had cramping here and there but nothing as long as this.. on day 11 now, still no AF...
