Back from Disney
Had an awesome time!! Thank you everyone on here for ALL the suggestions. It really helped. I don't know if I would've done as much if it weren't from some fast pass tips, character meal tips, etc.
I know there's a lot of families going soon. You'll have a great time!

Magic Kingdom most of course. I think it also depends on the ages of your kids. We went with another couple and their 3 yr old DS. My boys are 4 and 2. We loved Epcot a lot too bc we enjoyed some of the shows and just able to drink and walk around the countries. LOL! The kids had fun looking around and seeing the characters there. Lots od characters in Epcot and for some reason we were able to spend a lot of time with them. 
Least fav was Hollywood Studios. Although I love Tower of Terror. It was the hottest day there and the shows are too long for kids that age. Plus, not a lot of places to go in the shade. Loved Animal Kingdom as well. They loves the animals and in a lot of shade so it was comfy. We had a character meal at Hollywood Studios so that was worth going. Also one in AK.

Oh send any tips you can think of! We're leavng a week from tomorrow! We were going to just go to MK for 2 days (DDs are 1.5 and 3.5). So excited!!!!

Ok... here's some tips I got that were sooo helpful.
First off we never went to Chef Mickey's, which everyone raved about. Been trying for months, but was fine bc we got 2 great character meals.
First off my boys aren't into Princesses anyway so didn't care to do a character meal with them.
Love Hollywood and Vine at Hollywood Studios. They have Agent Oso, Handy Manny, Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates and June from Little Einsteins. What's also cute is they sing and dance and put on a show.
Was able to get a lunch at Tusker House the night before in Animal Kingdom. A 1PM lunch opened and I grabbed it playing on my Ipad the night before. You see Donald Duck outside and get a picture with him and inside we saw Goofy, Mickey and Daisy.
Lots of charectors in Epcot. If you go at the right time (around lunch) we saw there was only a 10 min wait and you can meet Mickey, Minnie and Pluto.
If you go to Hollywood Studios early run and get a Fast Pass for Toy Story Mania. It goes fast and the best ride there! Really worth it for that bc my boys weren't so excited for the stunt shows. Plus, it was hot that day.
Def take advantage of Fast Passes. They go fast.
My 2 and 4 yr old boys pretty much went on EVERYTHING.
Best ride to cool off too is Dumbo. They have an entire play area to hang out in while you wait. Nice air-conditioning too. Don't do a fast pass for that one bc it's worth hanging out inside for a bit.
We stayed all day from morning till night. My 2 yr old fell asleep in the stroller. I packed LOTS of snacks, drinks, water and lunches. Worth it than spending a fortune each day on food if you don't have reservations.
