Im Italian and my family pronounces it "Loo-ch-ya"
This. I'm not Italian but new an Italian Lucia who pronounced it this way.

I think of St. Lucia which is Loo-sha but I could also see the Italian Loo-chya too.

I love this name no matter how you pronounce it. I personally prefer the Loo-chee-ya, but you cant go wrong.

this...common spanish name...our nanny is also named lucia / and our old house keeper was too ...lol...both was Loo SEE ya
