Mine didn't show until my third trimester. I'm very fair (as you know) and my linea is fairly light but it definitely was NOT there until 30+ weeks.

Linea Nigra - when does it usually show up?
I have a very very very faint one that I first noticed around 17w. When I say faint, I mean I have to really look to see it.

i never had one, it just depends on the person, but my sister had one but it didn't show up until the third tri

So odd, I couldn't see it at all with DD1 UNTIL I delivered. Once my stomach deflated a little, I could see a faint black line. It eventually went away.

Showed up by six weeks. I'm dark skin and know that it's more visible in darker skinned women.

I didn't notice mine w/ my 1st pregnancy until the very very end. 19 1/2 weeks now and still nothing.

I had a very faint one with DC#1.
Never had it with DC#2 or DC#3 and I'm @ 33 weeks with #4 and still no sign of it.

I never had one with either of my past pregnancies. I know it is more uncommon the lighter your skin is. I'm 100% Irish- very fair!
