introducing cereal
so i forgot to ask when to feed dd cereal in reference to her bottle?
like right before a bottle? right after? in between bottle times?
what did you do?

In the morning I give her first bottle at 6 ish. Her next bottle I take a few ozs from it and make her cereal. When she's done with the cereal she drinks the bottle.
At night it happens to be between bootlegs. 3/4 bottle, 5:30 cereal, 7 bedtime bottle.
I started with "dinner" then added breakfast after 2 weeks.

Early on, I wouldn't give the cereal before the bottle as dc may be starving and frustrated! I started giving at "dinner"(between her 4:30 and 8:30 bottles, usually around 5:45 or 6), then after about two weeks, gave about 2 hrs after her morning bottle (bottle at 8, food at 10, bottle at 12:30).

When we first started cereal, I'd give it about 3 hours after a bottle, which is about 1 hour before the next bottle.
