Stride rite return policy?

I got dd fitted at stride right and bought a pair of sneakers.
She has worn them a few times and today said they hurt her feet I checked and they left red marks. Do u think they will take them back? I have receipt and box .

I'd call them and see what they say. If they give you a hard time, I'd call the corporate office.

I would go in and see what they can do for you. I think you have a greater chance of success (probably store credit) if you actually go into the store.
