If your dd had a yeast infection come in please
How long did it take to go away??
We have been using nystatin for a while now, changing undies multiple times a day, eating yogurt etc and she is still red and itchy

Nystatin never worked for dd. What really works is over the counter.
Lotramin (athletes foot cream) and cortisone creamed layered 2 or 3 times a day.
I would try that

Try Lotramin AF. Always helps DDs yeast infections.

DD had a yeast diaper rash and I did the following:
mix 30 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract with 1 cup of water in a spray bottle from Harmon and sprayed at almost each change.
Went away in 3 days. I probably sprayed her 4 times/day. Morning, afternoon, early eve, bedtime.
It is AMAZING.

I second lotramin. My first DD got a lot of outer yeast infections and it was the only thing to clear it up
