night terrors
Do you just ignore the crying? Or do you go in? Ds is 16m old and I know its terrors bc he doesn't even realize I am there while he is screaming and whimpering face down in his crib all night. Sometimes patting his back helps comfort him. Other times nothingggggg helps except me letting him lay on me on the couch while he whimpers. He is about to get molars but the crying is a more scared cry then pain kwim? Any suggestions??? Tiaa!!

DD used to get them and although I know I wasn't much help I would still go in and be with her. It helps to turn on the lights. Shadows in the room can make it worse.

We had the same thing when he got his molars. I just did whatever I had to. It didnt last long.
