took bottle away at 12 months with all my kids. They didn't like it, but I did!

DD is 27 months and still loves her baba. She'll always drink water from a sippy and loves it but when she wants milk needs to be in a baba. Hoping in the next few months she'll grow out of it. She's wanting to do a lot more "Big" girl things so dropping bottles will be one of them.

When did your DC stop using bottle
1 year. We went straight to cups with straws and while he hated it for about 4 days, he got over it. Daycare was more annoyed about it than DS was. They said he was traumatized by seeing the other kids with bottles.  He lived.

The nighttime bottle
DS #1 - 3.5
DS #2 - 2.5
DS #1 through out all the bottles when I told him no more -so ds #2 stopped then to :)

Same.
DS only got bottles while at daycare anyway. I bf'ed him at home. So there really was no special attachment to the bottles.

She had her last bottle the day before she turned 10 months. She transitioned cold turkey with no problem. She's been drinking water from a cup for month and had totally mastered it when we switched.

DD is almost 15 months, and we now use all training cups. They are the Nuk soft spout ones, which are really a glorified bottle, but it's a step in the right direction. She refuses to drink anything but water from the straw cup, and I need her to get the calories somehow.

My 1st daughter gave it up very very easily at 16 months, I could tell she didn't exactly need it anymore.
My 2nd daughter is now 16 months and I do not know how I could ever take it away from her...so it might be a while.

around a year when we switched to milk. she wasnt drinking it out of her bottle so we just stopped giving it to her and gave her a cup where she finally started drinking milk again.
