Do sweet potatoes count as a veggie?
I haven't been as diligent about dd eating her veggies lately. Most days I'm struggling to get some mixed into her dinner but I'm not sure that's enough. She does eat plenty of sweet potatoes but I always assumed that was a starch and not a veggie. Thoughts on this?

I think they do. I was always under the impression that sweet potatoes have a lot of vitamins in them. Don't remember where I heard that from though

Do sweet potatoes count as a veggie?
If I give DD sweet potatoes with dinner I consider it her starch and try to give her another veggie with it. She usually only eats veggies with dinner so I like to get something green in there like green beans, peas, or broccoli.
