FTWM - Lunch/Dinner suggestions for LO

DD is transitioning off of purees and onto solids. I feed her breakfast, but am looking for ideas on what to leave with my nanny for lunch and occasionally dinner. Ever since starting solids, DD pretty much loathes purees, so I can't just give my nanny jars for her anymore. I also need to find something that I can prep the night before or in the AM.

Around that age we were giving dd pastina with sauce, quinoa and chopped broccoli with cheese sauce, she was eating tiny chunks of chicken, cubed carrots and potatoes boiled in low sodium veggie broth, roasted sweet potatoes, yogurt, bananas, avocados, and tiny pieces of whatever we were eating to get her trying new stuff all the time. Anything to be eaten hot just got put in tupperware to be heated later on.

I shred roasted chicken. You could prepare that in advance and portion it out. It freezes well and can be microwaved.

You can leave fruit and have the nanny just chop it into strips for dd.

You can also do strips of pita or whole wheat bread with hummus or something like that spread on it.

You can try meatballs. Once again they can be cooked in advance and then just reheated.

You can also do frozen vegetables, the nanny could just steam them easily or use the microwave.

Plus lunch and dinner doesn't have to be lunch/dinner type foods.
What about rice cakes, O type cereal (like cheerios), puffs, melt in your mouth yogurt bites, things like that?

-Meatballs, take some out the night before and cut up into pieces
-Hard boiled eggs
-I mix eggs with shredded zucchini and bake in cupcake pans and freeze. take out the night before
-make a batch of oatmeal for a few days and just heat it up
-yogurt with fruit
-i serve everything with choped up fresh fruit that i store in the fridge, just need to grab it so there's no prep work before mealtime

Thanks, all. I'm definitely writing these all down.
