Lunch and Dinner suggestions for 2 1/2 year old
I feel like DD eats the same things for lunch and dinner. Just maybe want some new ideas!

I am right there with you, I feel she eats the same things every week:
egg salad
pizza
pastina
Grilled cheese
Tyson Chicken nuggets
Mashed potatoes
Scrambled Eggs
Brocolli with Pasta and butter, grated cheese
hamburgers (sometimes)
yogurt
pretzels
Meatballs
that is about it, It is my fault too for not trying new things

We LOVE Dr. Praegers frozen products in our house. DD love every thing they make, and they're nice & quick:
fishsticks
California veggie burgers
broccoli bites
spinach bites
broccoli, sweet potato, spinach pancakes
veggie pockets
DD also likes:
scrambled eggs with cheese
grilled cheese
mac & cheese
meatballs (turkey or beef)
ravioli are a big hit in our house (I get veggie ones so I get to sneak veggies in)
sweet potatoes (regular ones or fries)
grilled chicken (or chicken tenders)
yogurt
applesauce
I'm TRYING to get her to like egg salad or chicken salad so I can bring sandwiches places, but she's being stubborn on those.

my ds eats...
lunch:
~sandwiches= egg salad, ham, turkey, bologna, roast beef, cream cheese & honey
~pb&j on ritz
~mac and cheese
~egg & cheese omlette
with a 'dessert'- cheese stick, orange, yogurt strawberry & banana smoothie, pear, mini muffins, apple sauce, peach mango sauce
dinner:
(usually carb + protein+ veggie)
~chicken ,turkey or beef hotdogs
~organic chick nuggets, cheese and corn nuggets, spinach nuggets, broccoli and cheese nuggets
~ meatballs or meatloaf
~tofu
~sausage & peppers
~breaded white fish
~gefilte fish  but he LOVES it
~very thin turkey breast and stuffing
~fish sticks
sides:
~ noodles with peas, corn & tofu
~ cauliflower & cheese and rice
~peas & carrots
~baked fries or sweet potato fries
~ dif. types or rice
~ broccoli & cheese
~ pasta with dif. sauces
~breaded eggplant

How would you even find out that a 2 year old likes gefilte fish?
My DS newest like is lamb chops. He likes to hold things to eat them.

My 3 yr old is very very picky. she doesnt even really eat lunch. "lunch" consists of a string cheese and some crackers, or a yogurt and some goldfish.
Dinners I feel are very repetative too. her favs are:
pizza
hot dogs
hamburgers
turkey burgers
grilled cheese
chinese chicken and brocolli
chicken nuggets
spagetti
she loves all fruits so I always give fruit all day long.

My DD decided a few months ago that she just doesn't really like meat. It is SO hard to get her to eat any of it. She won't even eat chicken nuggets.
Lunch consists of any of the following:
grilled cheese
yogurt
scrambled eggs
strawberries
vegetable soup
noodle soup
egg salad
cream cheese sandwich
pizza
Dinner:
pasta
broccoli
cauliflower
corn
sweet potatoes
Seriously - she is a great eater when I give her things she likes. But she has really cut down on her variety lately.
