Preschool backpack??
what is a good one that's not too huge for a 3 year old, but still fits a folder and a change of clothes?
DS is starting nursery school in a couple weeks... its only 2 mornings a week- so i'm hoping not to spend a ton. but I also don't want one that's gonna fall apart after a couple months.

At that age I just sent him in with a cheap bag I had gotten for free at work. But a couple of months ago I bought DS the curious george backpack from Kohl's (the kohl's cares one) for $5. If he likes George it's a good buy!

I got a 12-Inch one, perfect size for a toddler.
Try Target, Amazon, etc..

I love the Skip Hop line of animal backpacks. They are absolutely adorable and perfectly sized for toddlers. My son had the bumblebee one and used it daily from ages 1 - 3.5.

I just bought one from Personal Creations with his name on it. They had a toddler size and a bigger kid size.
