Help! I need sleep

So my 9 month old dh used to be an excellent sleeper sleeping thru the night since two months old within the past few weeks she wakes up so much throughout the night I don't know what to do. We have tried going to her as soon as she wakes up to lay her back down and rub her back, tried putting the mobile back on, tried letting her CIO and last night I had enough I was exhausted and she cried for an hr I kept thinking she will just go back to sleep and maybe if she learn we are not going to go in she will stop but that didn't work and when I went in and the. Layer on her floor with her she went to sleep immediately.

I am at a loss and don't know what to do. Her top two teeth have started to break the gum but I'm not sure if its her teeth.

If your dd is cutting teeth, are you giving her motrin before bed for the pain? When they lay down, the blood pools in their gums and it hurts. Motrin will help her get some pain relief.

We give her tylenol before bed but i will try motrin thanks!

I found Motrin works much better. Tylenol didnt do anything for my dd.

ETA: When my dd is getting teeth her sleep gets disrupted.

I'm in the same exact situation. Doesn't seem to be the teeth for us. It is separation anxiety. My DS does the same thing....screams even when I have done CIO. After an hour and a half I laid down in the floor next to he crib and he went to sleep.

Pedi told me today that this is common in some kids at 9 mo. Told me CIO won't work if he is hysterical. Told me to try modified Ferber where you sleep on floor of room and each time move further away from crib toward door.

At this point I'm skeptical but I'll try anything.

I have twins that are 21 months. One started waking at night again...so ya just never know when it will start again. It's all part of teething, growing. After getting him 2x's & putting back in crib, 3x I had to let him CIO. It was only 10 min...not so bad.
