It really depends on the person's cycle length and LP.
For me it was usually between CD 24 & CD27. Sometimes earlier and sometimes later.

I usually get a pos opk around cd19-22 and I think I o appx cd20-23.

It's only my second month trying and first month using OPK but I got a positive OPK on CD15 and I think I O on CD17. My cycle is usually 30 days.
