Started Potty Training but what's next??!!
DS never showed interest in the potty so yesterday my plan was to just bring it in the LR so it was visible. I ended up getting him to sit on it right away and he peed! I broke out the M&Ms and sticker chart. He was naked all day and had only 1 accident. I put the diaper on for him to nap - which is when he poops. I didn't mean to start start but now I'm in it and I don't know what's next! When do I take it off for naps??? When do I put the potty back in the bathroom and let him wear training pants? He has a sports class today and a concert tonight so I guess I will have to put the diaper on for those things.

How long is the sports class? If it is short I would leave the diaper off as to not confuse him. Just put a towel under him in the car seat just in case.
Good Luck your on your way. I wouldn't stop the m&m's until you know for sure he is accident free for several days.

Started Potty Training but what's next??!!
We didn't use diapers/pull ups after day 1. We just didn't keep any in the house! DS had to go and try to go peepee before we went somewhere and then he was fine. If you put a diaper on him- it will confuse him and then we will expect to have a diaper if you guys go somewhere.

ditto. after day 1 there were no diapers during the day, nap time or bedtime.
