With both pregnancies I was anxious until I could feel consistent kicking... And then the kicking isn't consistent enough and you always wonder, "what if..."
Look at it this way -- it's preparation for being a mother. A lifetime of worry!

I feel like this would be an interesting question for the parenting board. I feel like when he's here I'll be paranoid for different reasons and I'm pretty sure that will never go away either! 
Ladies.. welcome to the rest of your lives 
This!! You go from checking the TP for blood to checking their chests to make sure they are breathing...DD is 2 and I still go in her room every night right before I go to bed to make sure she's breathing...

How long till I am no longer paranoid?
It stayed with me until I was REALLY showing with the pregnancy. It was CRAZY how scared I was but apparently it's TOTALLY normal.

How long till I am no longer paranoid?
Lasted the entire time my last pregnancy, and I have picked up the habit of checking the tp again every single time.
