Had a dream last night that I got a BFP
It was nice considering this cycle was unassisted (no RE, no drugs, no OPK- nothing), but I know that my chances are really slim. It was pretty ironic though because I spent most of the dream cancelling my hysteroscopy surgery 
It would be seriously awesome if it were true but I'm not getting my hopes up. Its still WAY too early to test.

I got lucky with my one unassisted cycle so you never know! Good luck!
We are on the same cycle then. I am 6/7dpo today. Just want to add that I totally believe in baby dreams. I had specific dreams for my nieces and my friend's children. I even had one before I got preg with DS. Even if it is 'just a dream', always know that there is a strong link to the mind and body. If you are dreaming it, then you are deeply thinking it and hopefully your body will also be in sequence.

I had a dream last night that I got a BFP too, but in the dream - it was so weird - my SIL to be (my brother's fiance) had done like 15 POAS and left them all in the bathroom - all positive too! And they aren't even getting married until 2015!
