Localized cramping
Yesterday and today I have noticed a cramp/pain on my lower left side. Could this be ovulation pains? It went on/off for most of yesterday afternoon and then I felt it again this morning. After that I felt cramping like I might get my period, but FF says it shouldn't come until around the 24th! I just went off BCP last month, so maybe it could still be my period. Any ideas?

Thats funny because I am due for AF the same day and was experiencing those cramps on Saturday. Last weds I got a + OPK which means I could of most likely O'd then. I felt like I O'd so late this month. It could be Ovulation cramps or implantation cramps. With my last pregnancy the first symptoms I had was cramping and the feeling I was about to get my period. Fingers crossed!

if you are due for AF on June 24th that would mean you probably O'ed last week. But since it is your first cycle off BCP, your cycle could be off and you could just be O'ing now and then maybe you will be due for AF the following week. Its hard to say given its your first cycle off BCP.
ETA When I have O pain they are concentrated on one side, and they are on and off for a day or so. I also temp and can confirm that my O pains coincide with my confirmed O date.

It could be anything. When TTC we read into ever little twinge etc. Try not to early on as it will only drive you crazy.
Also since you just came of BCP you can't really perdict anything. You might be normal right away or it might take a few cycles.

Yeah, this is why we aren't TTC right away. Just trying to get an idea of what all these things might mean, I haven't had a period off BCP in 12 years!
