Ghi icsi
If you are approved for icsi from ghi is it included in the 25% co insurance or do you have to pay an additional 25% for the icsi.
For example , at rsofny I had to pay 1200 co insurance plus the $700 anesthesia. If I had icsi would that price go up even if it was approved.
I was at the drs office for a consul today and they are saying I owe 460 or so from the day of my last retrieval and they had no idea why and the finace people have already left for the day so I have to wait until tomorrow to find out. I am hoping it is a mistake.

You have to pay additional for the ICSI. I think its $2500 so with the co insurance your at $625 more.

I did 2 cycles and was oop for both even though i have ghi (we werent approved for ivf since did not do the 12 iui cycles they required at the time). Both cycles the anasthesia was covered though through ghi. Not sure why... You may want to ask about the anasthesia fee...

Figured it out today, there were actually a couple of screw ups but everything was fixed today. Thanks for the replies!
