7 month old feeding questions
How much are you feeding your 7 month old? How much variation in the types of fruits and vegetables do you give your LO day to day and week to week?

Oatmeal with fruit for breakfast.
One jar fruit and one jar veggie for lunch
One jar chicken with fruit and one jar veggie for dinner.
I use earths best jars and since he is my 2nd I am really laid back and give him all of the crazy combinations! Turkey with cranberry, pumpkin, achi berry mix, blueberries, apricots. I do give him the basics most of the time (apple, pears, banana, squash, carrot, peas, string beans, sweet potato).
He only recently stated eating well. Two weeks ago there was many days he only had 1-2 jars total.

7 month old feeding questions
2 oz fruit with oatmeal at breakfast
2 oz veggie with oatmeal at lunch
2 oz protein with fruit or veg and oatmeal at dinner
She only gets 2 tablespoons of oatmeal at each meal.

7 month old feeding questions
At 7 months, we started a second meal. DD usually got oatmeal and fruit at breakfast and veggies for dinner. I often mixed foods together so she had a lot of variety. Breakfast might be oatmeal, prunes, and bananas and dinner might be squash and green beans and I changed it up each day if I could.
I never measured in the morning, just eyeballed her oatmeal and fruit. At dinner, she'd usually eat 3 cubes of food from the freezer or a 4oz jar of food.

Ped gave us the ok for meals 3x a day at the 6 month appt.
Breakfast usually is jar of fruit mixed with oatmeal
Lunch is jar of veggies mixed with oatmeal
Dinner is a jar of meat/veggie combo
He has bottles in between (but doesn't really drink a set amount of ounces)

breakfast- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal and 2 cubes of fruit
lunch - 2 cubes (of each) veggie and fruit
dinner - i just started doing a combo of things. so its 3 cubes of brown rice, chicken and carrots and 3-4 tablespoons of fruit

she's had sweet potato, carrots, green beans(she hates) avocado, pears, bananas, brown rice, and chicken
she still has the same amount of BM each day at daycare. for me it's important that BM is her main source of nutrition. if she starts drinking less I will have them cut back on the solids
