What do Rosy cheeks mean???
DD is just about 9 months and woke up with red checks Monday morning..they are still a little red..I've always seen other babies with rosy checks, so i'm assuming this isn't anything that drastic.
Anyone have any insight?

What do Rosy cheeks mean???
nothing???
DS has them when he wakes up....mostly on the side he was sleeping on. He also has them when he is out in the cold and then it doesn't go away for a day or so.

Dd gets that from the side she sleeps on. She also gets them when she is tired.

Whenever DD has woken up with rosy cheeks she was coming down with a cold or something like that.
ETA - Occasionally it means she's teething too.

Everything pps said or they could be chapped from the cold weather.

Could be the dry weather...try some aquaphor. Does she have a low-grade fever or runny nose or anything? It could be a sign of fifth disease. (not as scary as it sounds)

What do Rosy cheeks mean???
DS gets them from all of the above LOL teething, dryness, tiredness, sickness... his cheeks are usually red!! If it was just after waking up, she could have just been sleeping on that side for awhile. Maybe she started teething when she was in the crib?

my dd is 7 months amd her cheeks get rosy from time to time during the day. i was going to ask the doc. but since others are saying teething well that def could be it for my dd
