rosy cheeks and fever?
DD has a stomach virus (see other post ), but woke up from a nap about an hour ago and her cheeks are still really rosy. She does have a fever of 101. Is that why? Could it mean that this is something other than a regular stomach virus? Not sure if this anything I should call the Ped about again.

Rosy cheeks could definitely just be going hand in hand with the fever. I hope she feels better!

Could be teething. DD got very rosy cheeks and a slight fever before her first tooth. The fever was just under 101.
Could be a million things though. If she breaks out in a rash or is acting different, I would take her to the pediatrician.
