Anyone's DH have low morphology?
He was just referred to a urologist bc if two consecutive results with a 2% low morph. Any ways to improve this? He scheduled the appt but just curious what everyone found out.

No person history of that, but i know of 2 success stories.
One dh with abnormal morph & low count had a varicocele. Had corrective surgery, and morph & count improved.
Another dh with abnormal morph had a h/o "smoking", smoking, and alcohol. Stopped all smoking and just about cut out all alcohol. Morph did improve.
Both couples have happy healthy children 
I guess it would depend on what the underlying cause of the abnormal morphology was.

DH doesn't smoke or drink and all other #'s were in the "amazing" range lol BUT he is a surfer and cyclist and had a few injuries down there in the past so he is thinking it may be due to that. I guess we will know when he gets that sonogram LOL (payback lol)

I can see how all cycling and stuff may effect "the boys". Best of luck with the urologist!!!!

Anyone's DH have low morphology?
Yes. We are too but with his last sa it was 0% and we were still able to do ivf good luck

My husband had a great count (140 mil), but 1% morph. We got lucky with our 1st round of IVF with 1/2 ICSI. Best of luck!

Were you told IVF was your only option with low morph? We are doing an IUI in a week and I'm wondering if its worth it.

Anyone's DH have low morphology?
My tubes were blocked- cleared with the HSG. But my RE felt my tubes were on the "narrow" side. And after the HSG, he said if we didn't get PG in 3 cycles he would recommend IVF. Not sure if it was the combo of both of us, or just my DH. When i mentioned IUI, he was willing to do it right away. But we only have 10k infertility coverage per lifetime. So we chose not to chance it and go right to IVF. If i had more coverage, I think i may have given IUI a shot.
