Lactation consultant recommendation
Has anyone used an in home one before? If so do you have any recommendations for one that will travel to queens? I know La Leche has some meetings once or twice a month so I am going to look into those as well.
 i is 10 days old and was latching on ok for the first few days...but because I wasn't producing enough milk my ped said to nurse her than supplement with formula. I started pumping and my milk is coming in better now and she would nurse ok at night...not as great during the day...but now at night she gets frustrated and cries and won't latch so I have to give her the breast milk in the bottle.
I want to get her latching again...so I need help from somewhere!
Any suggestions would be great! I have read the suggestions on kellymom but thinking it may be helpful to have someone help in person.

I second her. She is a LLL leader and is so helpful and patient. She stayed with me for hours and answered all my calls and emails right away, so I had ongoing support from her.
Don't remember what she charged, but it was in line with the others. You might be able to submit for reimbursement through your insurance - she will give you a receipt.

I found her email address online so waiting to get a response! Thank you ladies.
Anyone else that has used a LC...what is the average price for the home visit services?
