If your child is exposed to lice
(played with someone who had it) would you treat them although they don't seem to have any?

Re: If your child is exposed to lice
No. I would not. Those are toxins. I would examine EVERY inch of their head to see if I find any live bug. It all starts with one live bug. Go on Youtube and watch some videos on how to check for lice. My DDs school has had many outbreaks, and this is what I do. So far so good. No problems yet.

No - I would just check their hair daily. There was an outbreak in DS class recently and that's what I did.

Re: If your child is exposed to lice
nope but def nit pick for a couple of days! depending on the length and thickness of the hair - it should take 20 min to 1 hr to do this!!!! I used those little rubberbands and sectioned my DDs hair into 20 sections when she had it a month ago!
now we use this: fairy tales products
every morning before she goes to school
(bought them at harmon stores and used my BBB coupons on the shampoo, conditioner and hairspray)
ETA: my DD had it over christmas and we didnt know it and we were with her cousins and they never got it!!

I heard to keep product in their hair. Live don't like clean hair. Just use a little hairspray.

Re: If your child is exposed to lice
No, unless it was the non toxic stuff. Even if my child was to get lice, I wouldn't use that stuff, as it's full of pesticides. We can't go on the lawn when it's sprayed, but they want that stuff in our kids hair
Just get the Fairytales, and stock up on Suave Rosemary Mint Shampoo and Conditioner (cheaper than Fairytales). I put my DD's hair up every single day, in braids or buns, and spray her hair, her shoulders, her coat, her backpack, and I always put hairspray in over it.
