PP Cycles
I have always had irregular cycles and did an IUI to get pregnant with DS. Since getting AF at 12 weeks PP I have ovulated mid cycle and gotten my period on time. This is my 3rd cycle since having DS so I am wondering if I can expect my cycles to stay regular or if my irregular cycles will come back.
For those of you that had irregular cycles before having LO did your cycles regulate after pregnancy?

Re: PP Cycles
I had the WORST irregular cycles all my life. Sometimes I'd go 60 days for a cycle, sometimes 29, then 50, then 45. All over the map. I actually doubted i could ever get pregnant.
But after having DD my cycles have been a dream. I know when I ovulate, I know when my period is due. It's like a clock.
It's been 2.5 years since having her and I am slowly starting to notice they are getting a BIT wonky again. But nothing like they were before I got pregnant.
I have heard from many people that pregnancy and birth really regulates your cycles. For me it was 100% true

This was me exactly! My cycles were long and anovulatory. I am SO not ready to get pregnant again, but I feel like I am wasting these cycles!
Thank you for your reply. I am hoping the same thing is happening to me!!

Re: PP Cycles
Yes..I had crazy long cycles and needed IUIs to have my twins. After having them they went back to normal. I also had a surprise pregnancy from one night of fun!

Re: PP Cycles
I got my first last week..and I think its too early to tell whether it will be regular or off. But I felt like AF was the same.. just a day shorter, but the first two days were pretty heavy, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
