Can you recommned your mobile?
For DD, we had the mobile that came w/ the crib bedding and it was boring. I picked a new one up yesterday at Toys R Us for DD#2, I put it together and it does nothing! It doesn't spin or play music, so I am returning it.
Are there any stimulating mobiles out there?

Great mobiles...very stimulating... lots of music choices...remote control.
And when baby pulls to stand you can detach the mobile and use as a music box/night light
Loved it!

We have the Fisher Price Precious Planet projection mobile. Love it!! As do both our boys! It has a rotating image projected onto the dome of the mobile. When baby is old enough to reach it, you can remove the done and it projects onto the ceiling. It has options for music, heartbeat, or nature sounds, and it has a remote that can hang on the doorknob, so.you don't have to open the door to restart it.

We also have a Tiny Love and it's great! Ours doesn't have a nightlight or remote, but my DD loooves it! And it survived perfectly for 5 years in our attic between our older DD and little one.

We have this one as well and I think dd likes it... She really never fusses in the crib so not sure if its just her personality or the mobile

I registered for the one that matched our bedding too... dd loved it but mommy didn't enjoy winding it up every 5min. Grandpa got her a tiny love one for xmas - we love love love it!

This is what I have for ds. We still use it and he's just over 2.

We have a nautical mobile from PBK to match his nursery - very simple but he likes it and so do I.
I'm an idiot and replied before reading the end of your post!!!! Please disregard as his is not more stimulating than the average mobile...
