Chicken Broth okay for a 14.5 month old?
DS had a bad cold. Stuffy and runny nose at the same time with a low grade fever on and off of up to 101.00
Do you think it's okay to warm up chicken broth to give with some pastina maybe?
I just want him to feel better already! It's been 4 days of this now.

Absolutely! As long as no allergies to the ingredients and it isn't too hot.

I usually put chicken broth with pastina, most times I mix half water and half chicken broth.

Yes! I mix it with pastina & veggies. One of the only ways I can get ds to eat veggies.

Sure! Regular Campbells/Progresso chicken soup might have a LOT of salt in it though, so if that's what you have on hand you might want to water it down a bit. If you have the low-sodium kind that would be great, or just chicken broth that you can throw your own pasta or vegetables into.
