Christening favors for non catholic guests?

Anyone have any suggestions for favors for our girls' christening. DH's family is Jewish and will be attending. Id like something useful/memorable.
Thoughts?

Re: Christening favors for non catholic guests?

I would do a chocolate pair of baby booties with a personalized ribbon or some godiva truffles. I don't think there is any favor thing you could give that would symbolize a Christening that would be acceptable for a Jewish family to display in their home. Sorry if that is not what you want to hear, but I would do chocolates to be safe.

If you did something edible it wouldn't matter. It's not like a Jewish person won't eat a cross cookie. If it were a little saint plaque that's different

I would not eat a cross cookie. I am a pretty liberal Jew and I love cookies, but it would feel incredibly wrong for me to eat a cross. Sorry.

OK, so maybe my husband is the only Jewish person who will gavone any cookie that's put in front of him no matter what shape it is Chat Icon (and he is usually touchy about crosses and stuff like that. When I went to Good Sam hospital he was wondering why there had to be crosses all over)

My cousin had cookies that resembled a baby's face - I had no problem eating those...

I'm a pretty conservative Jew and I may eat the cross cookie. LOL. Interesting dilemma. Is the Jewish side offended by the Christening? If so, then I guess don't give out Christian symbols. However, I think a Christening is a pretty big christian symbol anyway, so it might not matter what you give out.
