Low Progesterone
So I just got a call from the dr and my Prog is a 9 so I have to go on the suppository. I never had this problem before so I am kind of bummed. I was told I won't get AF on it so I have to get a PT next week. I just started feeling bloated so now I will be all sorts of confused since I won't be able to tell. Not happy. Should I look at it as a sign since every other month I was fine and had a BFN?? doubtful but I guess I have to keep my hopes up right?!

Low Progesterone
def dont look into signs at all while on progesterone. the side effects are exactly the same as early pregnancy symptoms (not that i believe in early symptoms either  ). otherwise being on them is no big deal. buy some pantyliners and put them in RIGHT before you are about to lay down for bed - that will minimize drippage. some people get AF while on them some dont. i never did so i always had to go for the bloodwork even if HPTs were negative. good luck!!

Re: Low Progesterone
Thanks. Just found out from DH that the prescription just cost me $100! Wasn't expecting that one. Lets hope I don't need this again!

Re: Low Progesterone
i found out that my progesterone was low after i had gotten my BFP, but i agree with Flowerwife - buy pads and keep them on!!!! the leakage you will experience (for me at least) was awful but worth it to keep my LO safe. But then again, I had to take them 3x a day Try to put them in right before you lay down to minimize the discharge.
Don't know if it will affect your period or not - no advice on that for you...but wishing you lots of

Low Progesterone
My progesterone was low, I was on suppositories. A little goopy but not as gross as my doctor led me to believe. Invest in pantiliners.
