I fell last night
So I tripped and I landed on my hands and knees thank god. I was feeling limited movement I called my dr and she said to track it and if I don't feel anything to go to ER. It's just hard to monitor when I am at work and I can't find a quiet place to sit. I hope she is just having a lazy day

Can you drink a little OJ, coffee or even ice chips? Maybe that will wake her up.

I drank a coke not too much action. I guess I need to wait until I get home and can relax to really monitor.

I fell last night
try not to worry about it too much, your LO is protected by layers of muscle and tissue and fluid so it would be very hard for the baby to feel anything unless i would think you fell right on your belly. She may have just been startled a little but nothing to worry about. I hope your feeling better and your able to feel more once you get home! I wasl always told to drink apple/orange juice and it always worked for me to jump start activity
