well, looks like this cycle is a bust
cd 23, 2 rounds of 100mg clomid, and my largest follicle is only 12.5 
I go back for one more appt on Thursday, and if it's not at least 16mm, then my RE is prescribing me provera, and we have to try next cycle with injectables. We pay OOP for everything, and DH and I agreed in the beginning that if this cycle doesn't work, then we will wait until after Christmas to try again.
I know compared to what everyone else has been through, this is nothing, but I can't help but feel so defeated. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this follie magically grows 4mm in 3 days.

well, looks like this cycle is a bust
Just remember that what you are going thru is not nothing...everyone's journey is different and because you are doing IUI's it doesnt mean any less that its a bust!!! I hope your follicle grows quickly

i hope the Clomid does work for you and that your folliw grows grows grows in the next couple of days!
A friend of mine had the same thing happen, and when she started with injectibles, it took right away! Not everyone responds the same way with Clomid, although most RE's like to start with that to see how you respond

im sorry 
it is pretty common for clomid to not work. the same thing happened to me and i remember feeling so devastated, esp cause i was OOP at the time too. the good news is injectables almost always work to produce mature follicles. good luck!

I used femara (similar to clomid) and produced nothing...... but injectables did the trick.

I know it's hard but try to stay positive. I have had 5 unsucesful pregnancies. My last was ectopic which was treated with chemo (extremely painful) the one before that was a missed miscarriage. Afte the 11th week the heart stopped beating and I needed a D&C. I had a failed IUI and a failed IVF. I just had my second IVF transfer yesterday. What you've been through DOES compare. Your pain isn't any less than anyone else's. If its a bust try again as soon as your ready.

sometimes a switch is needed..clomidi did nothing but whenw e switched i got better results
