Admission is free for everyone. You either buy tickets for the rides or bracelets for POP. I don't believe that they are free for anyone.

No but today is buy one get one pop bracelet free. You don't have to pay towalk in but you tickets or a bracelet to ride.

Also, it seems that children with disabilities are 1/2 off.
