What do you do when a party is during nap time?
My DS is STILL sleeping! We were supposed to be at a party an hour ago but I don't want to wake him up because he will be so cranky. Of all days for a long nap...

What do you do when a party is during nap time?
I just wake my child up. I'm not too fussy about naptime though.

What do you do when a party is during nap time?
For a party I skip naps or wake her up when time to go. I figure she can deal for one day. She will not sleep in the stroller, but she's super social so if we are out,around people, and shes able to run around, shes good.

I try to give DS an earlier nap if possible but if that doesn't work, I'd wake him up and he'll usually fall back asleep in the car. I figure it won't throw him off too bad if it's just one day.

What do you do when a party is during nap time?
It depends on the length of the party and the time. Today he had a party that started at naptime but was only an hour and a half and he fell asleep on the way.home.

As other posters say... I wake him. I try and put him in earlier for a nap them wake him early. He's usually sleepy in the car, but once we get to the party he's awake and loving it.
