Doctor Recomendations at NYU & RMA NY
Hi all,
I have borderline fsh and am 35. Does anyone recommend any doctors at RMA NY and NYU? In particular I'm looking for someone who has a decent bedside manner and puts individualized thought into IVF protocols.
I see that these two places have very good success rates, but am curious to know about the actual experience of being a patient there.

i saw Dr. Lawrence Grunfeld at RMA and i LOVED him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. He has a great bedside manner and I totally trusted him. He seemed to have really cared about me when I was his patient.
If you choose to go with RMA NY, you'll have 1 main RE but you'll see all of the drs on staff for monitoring. I honestly liked all the drs and I was there at least every few days for 6 months. It was my second home....and I have them to thank for our  on the say.

I know you asked about NYU and RMA, but your username caught my attention. Are you in B'klyn? If so, I'd really recommend a consult with Dr. Richard Grazi at Genesis. Look him up. He's consistently been named one of the top 10 REs in NY. I actually used another doctor there, but Grazi did my ER. Every one of his patients raves about him (we'd all chat in the waiting room). My friend also just used him successfully.

I liked Dr. Mukherjee when I was at RMA. He is warm and approachable. He played with protocol, but was not open to things like immunology...didn't think stress/emotions were a factor, etc. He followed up on my IVF failure proactively to look for answers, which I liked. His nurse Jill is down-to-earth, honest, and efficient.
