Dr. Palter vs NYU vs RMA

This will be our final ivf cycle w/ OE. I've had 5 cycles so far - 2 at RMANY and 3 at ECF Dr. zapantis. 3 m/c and 2bfn. I've had numerous consults the last few months. i do not have fallopian tubes so ivf is my only option. I am 35(started this when I was 33) and have a low ovarian reserve.
I had a consult yesterday w/ Dr Palter for a water sonogram to see if my uterus was really arcuate or not. It turns out I'm fine and that is not a concern.
Personality wise he wasn't the nicest but i'm impressed with how thorough he was w/ my previous records. He cought a few mistakes that ECF made w me that I didn't tell him about!
I"m torn between using him for our final ivf cycle or using a bigger clinic like NYU or RMA again. Love Dr. Zapantis but not really loving the idea of using ECF again. They are disorganized and I stress everytime the nurse calls b/c i am worried she's leaving me wrong directions again.
Any experiences w/ Dr. Palter? thanks so much!
