Chamomile tea for infants?
Has anyone ever heard of giving an infant Chamomile tea for gas?

Chamomile tea for infants?
My PED suggested this. I haven't tried it but she said to give my DS an ounce or two in a bottle (after it's cooled down of course)

Yes. For colic etc
They say to make the tea, let it cool and give them an ounce or two
I never tried it- but I did hear it helped for some

My mom used to do it with me & she had me do it with my 1st & it helped his upset.
I have tried it only once with my 2nd & it didn't seem to do anything. I'm sure I'll give it another shot though.

Yes my Ped suggested this... we used to give DS 2oz mixed with his formula (we used powder) and it worked wonders!

I never ended up doing it, but as long as it's cooled off it sounds perfectly safe to me.

I also heard it can help with reflux. I used gripe water instead bc it has chamomile in it.

Chamomile tea for infants?
Yes. We did this with DD, who was colicky and it helped greatly. Every once in a while she still drinks it and she loves it.

my ped also suggested this. i havent tried it yet but i really should !! my dd always wants to eat so my ped suggested giving this to her inbetween meals to help calm her and put a lil something in her stomach.
