Honestly, IMO I am not going to know if I like a doctor if I am going there to chit chat with him and he KNOWS that its an interview process.

I am going to know I like my doctor when I call him at 3AM because DD has her first fever and see how he responds to me.

I never understood the interviewing process. Turns out, I love all of the doctors at my practice except one!
