Yes, switched DS#1 at 11mos and DS#2 at 10mos.
I followed the ratio method and the transition was fine:
Wk1: 75% breastmilk with 25% whole milk
Wk2: 50/50 split
Wk 3: 25% breastmilk with 75% whole milk

Start a slow transition around 11 months.
like one ounce mixed in the formula per week.
Decreasing the formula more and more each week

We did it at 10,5 months. DS stopped eating formula, so we had no other choice. Ped was OK with that.

Ped told us to at 10 months when she started refusing bottles.. we didn't really have a choice..
