People who refinanced recently
What rate did you get? I see that many people who are closing are homes are getting in the low 3's right now. Crazy. Makes me consider a refi even though ive only been in my home a short period.

I refinanced at the end of April and ended up with a rate of 4.125%, but now rates are even lower, (figures, just my luck! oh well).

We are in the process of refinancing from 30 yr to 20 yr term and short term rate lock is currently at 3.375!
We are working with Sarah Lane at Cliffco Mortgage.

We closed on our refinance on 7/13 and went from 4.75 to 3.75 (on a 30-year). Our last refi was in 2009.
I have heard rates have gotten lower since then too.

We are planning on going from a 15 year at 4.25% to a 10 year at 3.25%....
just debating on whether I want to go through all the paper work
