temping and AC
hi ladies, i started temping this week to help increase my chances of BFP.
my temperature has already differed almost a degree within the 4 days. i temp every morning at 6am. i literally turn off my alarm, stick the thermometer in my mouth, look at the temp and go right back to sleep. the ac in our bedroom blows right at my legs and keep me cold at night. tuesday the ac was on my temp was 96.1 (i have a pretty low temp as is, around 96.8) today the ac was off and my temp was 97.1
can the AC effect my temp?
tips on temping to help me make it as accurate as possible?

Re: temping and AC
The AC can absolutley affect your temp. I do the same exact thing at 6am lol. Alarm off..stick thermometer in mouth ...jot down temp... back to sleep! LOL Mine tends to fluctuate too depending on if I am cold or hot in the morning. I would not go by any of temps for the first month since you cant really tell until its all charted out. I was like WTF is going on last month until I saw it all mapped out on the graph and then I was like OHHHH! I saw the spike! Once you see that spike though its too late you have already O. So I would just keep tracking. My temp is normally 97.1-97.2 but this morning I was freezing and it was down to 96.8 BRRRRRRR!!!
ETA: They say that after three months you should get a good idea of what day you ovulate on and then BD every other day the week before and then on the day you O and then every day for the next 3 days after your O day on the chart. I am also using a CBEFM to help pinpoint it.
