My DD is going to be 4 and she loves the activity books. Cutting and pasting, Connect the Dots, etc. I usually get them on amazon, but I know TRU has some , Waldaums actually has some in their office section and maybe a local book store. Also, target or kmart.
DD also loves anything princess. A tea set. Dress up jewelry.

books and a GC to Barnes and Nobel
La la loopsy dolls
baby doll and accessories to feed/cloth/change
pretend play make up or dress up
art supplies and a smock
out door toys (soccer ball/net)
lego friends
does she have a doll house and need rooms?
