Need baby food ideas.. please!
DD is almost 7 months old and I have been making her own baby food but would like to start expanding what I give her..I need ideas of what else I could make for her!
So far I have given her:
Fruits: avocado, banana, peaches, plums, apricots, apples, and pears
Vegetables: sweet potato, carrots, butternutsqaush, green beans, and peas.

Are you on pinterest? I have a board of homemade baby food ideas.
Besides what you have posted. DS (almost 9 months) has eaten:
summer squash, mango,honeydew, watermelon, broccoli, cauliflower, white potato, cheddar cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, pork.

try parsnips, my kids still love them! And they are a white veg. I was so sick of feeding them green and orange foods all of the time!

Thanks! When did you introduce watermelon and honeydew? Do you mash it up or give as finger food?

So wholesome baby foods says not to puree but I did with the honeydew and served with cottage cheese, but I didn't with watermelon. Just served teeny pieces, it was at a party.
