I agree 100% No one will schedule a section for me..... and I put my foot down! Vaginal birth unless something comes up.

Even if it means you have to go toe-to-toe with the assistant director of Cornell because it took him and his staff a week and a half to call you back. 
Don't let even one of these doctors--no matter how successful, or as the case may be, arrogant--intimidate you because at the end of the day, you will not get the same attention and care as you would if you were the squeaky wheel!

So true! I hate that I had to learn that the hard way. Even when you're paying professionals a metric-shit-ton of money, no one is going to have your best interests at heart except you.
