Since having children has your work ethic changed? I used to be great at managing my staff now I find myself not putting in the effort as much

absolutely. I used to never take off. Now I can hardly remember when I worked a full week.

same here...also, I have NOOO desire to travel, meanwhile I was going away almost once every 10 days before DD...
also, most people at my job work until 7 pm and go to industry functions, I haven't been to a function since April and am always running for the 6 pm train (I do have a blackberry though, which is an addiction)
I just try to make my mark during the day...and hope that my assistant doesn't hate me now that I pile on more work 
although she is getting experience she wouldn't get anywhere else...

Same here. My kids are more important and sometimes I have no desire to do work.

I totally agree with mommy2bellabean. All I think about is 5:30 so I can race to pick up my DS. I am an attorney and a lot of my associates work until 8 pm. I used to work that late, but not anymore!
