We are not going to be moving again, but 5 must haves for this home were:
Specific area of a certain town (and therefore school district)
4+ bedrooms
full basement
large property (1 acre)
large master bedroom with walk-in closets and bathroom

We're still in contract for our first house so I'll say what our must have's were for that house.
- decent size backyard
-decent size basement with good ceiling height? Pref. unfinished.
- 3 br min.
- 1 1/2 bath min.
- garage

1. Colonial, or a house where all bedrooms are on one floor and congregating areas on another.
2. Bigger Yard
3. At least one good sized bathroom, pref one in the master bedroom too
4. Easy access to backyard from Kitchen
5. Most or all of house already finished
ETA: These are things I don't have but wish I did and will look for witht he next house.
