Re: What are your 5 most haves
Good Schools Town with Friendly Vibe and nice 'downtown' area. Decent sized house/property ratio (I don't like GIANT McMansions on tiny parcels of land). At least 4 bedrooms and 2 baths Basement or Garage

Re: What are your 5 most haves
We're not actually planning on moving out of this house, but there are things that I did not get that I really, really wanted:
Central Air A large, modern kitchen Two full bathrooms (we have 1.5 that can be converted to a full). A ton of closet space.
Other than that, my other must-have would be a basement, which we currently have.

Re: What are your 5 most haves
We have our hearts set on Babylon Village though we have opened the search to other areas. Since the area that is considered Babylon Village/Babylon school district is so small we try not to have too many inflexible must haves but here they are:
1. Master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet 2. Garage! Either attached or detached. 3. Basement OR attic. 4. Can't need a ton of work- minor cosmetic work is ok such as putting in new floors if the price is right but no complete fixer uppers. 5. Good size kitchen with eating area.

Re: What are your 5 most haves
Idk we if we are ever going to move, but if we do, here's what they would be:
-a non-white bathroom -no garage or not an attached garage -master bedroom suite + 4 other bedrooms -huge yard -in a town that people don't scoff at and stick their noises up at for the sole fact that it is beyond annoying

Desired features that are not in current house: - great room (open kitchen and living room) - bigger baths - larger closets
