Prenatal vitamins?
Hi all! I'm not officially on the TTC bandwagon yet - we are currently planning to start trying this summer. I figured that's only a couple months away so I should start preparing my body, and prenatal vitamins seems to be a fairly easy way to do this. Which ones would you recommend and where did you get them? Thanks!

Re: Prenatal vitamins?
It's great that you are already thinking of prenatals. I started taking them in Nov/Dec, and we just got pregnant in March. I use the Rainbow Light ones and bought them on drugstore.com. I choose this brand because they are supposed to be less likely to cause nausea than other brands. I also take them at night after dinner to be safe. So far, so good. No nausea from either prenatals or MS!
I also take a separate fish oil pill to get enough DHA. Some prenatals have DHA, but the Rainbow Lights do not.

I use Spring Valley prenatals and take an OMEGA 3-6 supplement also. Been on them for almost a year now.

Re: Prenatal vitamins?
I take the GNC Prenatal Program. It's a box with 3 bottles in it: Prenatal multivitamin, DHA, and extra Calcium Pill.
I tried a few different prescription ones and I didn't like them, they were lacking many vitamins. The GNC one has everything in it, and doesn't make me nauseous

Re: Prenatal vitamins?
I have been taking Duet with DHA. I've been taking them for some time now and I really like them. I haven't gotten sick from them or anything. I get a script from my dr.
